Hindustan Automation is well equipped to supply not only premium quality vibratory and rotary part feeders but also complete feed stations. The company’s engineers provide all the necessary approved drawings, where necessary to confirm the system design and space required for a given application. A typical special purpose machine (SPM) would include either a vibratory or rotary part feeder, a supply hopper, an inline or conveyor track and an escapement, all mounted on a vibration free structural steel table. If the needs extend beyond the end of an inline track, the company’s engineers would be pleased to incorporate pick & place units, part detectors vision inspection system, power rolls or a sonic enclosure to parts handling solution.
