PMP Machine Tools offers hydraulic cylinders, power packs, deep drawing presses, rubber and compression moulding machinery and special purpose machines. The company provides 4-pillar and C-frame wax injection machines to meet the demands of the modern investment casting industry. It offers an innovative and unique injection system design that optimises space and wax movement. Temperature control of the wax conditioner, injection chamber and nozzle are standard on every machine. The "in-line" injection system provides for a smooth, straight line, laminar flow of wax from the injection system to the mould. Standard injection and machine controls provide for precise, repeatable injections for manual and semi-automatic pattern production. Each machine is designed for ease of use and maintenance. Simple modular design is coupled with a PLC based, electro/hydraulic package loaded with benefits to fit specific investment casting. Standard features: auto purge of wax after each cycle; auto wax change between cycles; 3 zones of temperature control; T-slots on bottom and moving platen; high temperature alarm/shutdown; low noise pumping system; panels around machine; independent platen cooling (optional); xero pressure on easy-to-use interface; and full, one year warranty on materials and workmanship. Advance electric injection control systems (optional): the upper level, electronic injection control (ELC), systems is ideally suited for more complicated applications where precise control of wax pressure and velocity, coupled with closed loop feedback is critical. ELC controls feature direct input of all parameters through a colour, touch screen HMI.
