C-frame hydraulic presses from Friends Hydraulics are of plate-welded construction, designed to give minimum deflection under load. These machines are extensively used for shaft straightening, bush fitting, punching, riveting operations, etc. The movement of ram is through paddle, which operates a direction control valve to give fast approach speed with automatic changeover to slow pressing speed.
