Trimans CNC synchro hydraulic press brakes are manufactured with a range of 50 MT to 500 MT and working lengths ranging between 2,000 mm and 6000 mm, conforming to IMTMA standards. These are highly accurate front cylinder operated press brakes with controllers from Cybelec, Switzerland. These versatile machines are capable of off-centre bending with possibility of off-line programming and have a repetitive bending accuracy of ?0.01 mm. Safety functions like overload protection, instant stoppage, and three speed operation, are part of the machine design. The advanced hydraulic system incorporates closed loop servo proportional valves for synchronisation with all components of reputed make. The controllers enable synchronising of ram travel with repetitive accuracy of ? 0.01 mm. Direct programming of bend angle, with automatic calculation of bending depth and bending force, tooling and programming memory are some of the features of the controllers. These are available in different versions depending on the sophistication required, number of axes (2-8), with graphic/non-graphic display, colour/monochrome, etc, to suit various needs. Off-line programming can be done using suitable hardware/software linked with the controller. Anti-deflection units which can be incorporated into the machine for highly accurate requirements may be manually/motorised or hydraulically operited by means of the controller.
