Meiban Engineering Technologies offers CNC AC Servo Turret Punch Press Motorum 2048UT with SL-1250, which has been designed mainly to reduce the noise level and improve the performance in punching and forming. The single hit processing time with Y-axis 100mm pitch is 0.375 seconds. This machine uses latest carbon reinforced plastic fiber (CRPF) for its rigidity and light weight in ramdrive. It is displayed with a newly designed compact automatic loader for unmanned production. The loader has been designed with flexibility to accept two different operating patterns. The loader comes with advanced features such as double sheet thickness detector, a separate scheduler, etc. It has the capacity to handle sheet sizes of 1250mm x 2500mm (thickness upto 3.2mm).
