Horizontal Cum Vertical Emery Belt Sanding Machine

Whitestar Engineering Co offers a horizontal cum vertical sanding machine to produce smooth finishing edges of wooden materials, acrylic, aluminium, metals and parts and also to do straight and curved edges or surface sanding with emery belts at an inexpensive investment. The working table plate is set at horizontal position permitting surface sanding and with up and down adjustment to use full width of sanding belts. The table is tilted 90( to 180(, the end table is provided for curved parts and is adjustable to the height. The working table length is 27" x 9.8", the band size of emery belt for sanding is 89" x 6", run by a 0.5 HP, single phase motor at 5300 RPM. The machine includes belt-tensioning adjustments for proper track and heavy duty stand with dust outlet. Also offered are imported drum sanders, 3-roller sanders, mitre saws, circular saws, dust collectors, panel saws, portable trimmers, multi spindle drilling, edge banding machines, etc.
