Auto Sizing Vertical Honing Machines

Khushbu Engineers offers Auto Sizing Vertical Honing Machines. These are used to achieve plateau honing with high quality of bore geometry and required surface finish. These are suitable for variety of jobs like cylinder liners, connecting rod, and rocker arm, cylinder barrels, and job shop application, valve and pump body etc. Working range of these machines is from diameter 16 to 200 x 750 mm stroke length. These are available with double expansion air jet mandrel, online size sensing facility by air electronic gauging unit with Mitsubishi PLC to stop the operation as pre-set size is achieved and also with dwelling (jogging) facility. The design is compact, sturdy but reliable. The set-up time is less, hence more efficient and productivity. These machines are also available with hydraulic rotary and reciprocating speed, hydraulic stone expansion and retraction. Toughened and hard chrome plated guide rails covered with bellows to guide honing head, shock-less and smooth sliding motion. In-built hydraulic and coolant tanks design to accommodate lesser space. Power consumption is very less up to 6 to 8 HP.
