Features: high chip removal capability; designed to operate in high production as well as in tool rooms; monobloc base provides rigidity and stability; massive structure ensures superior part surface finish, cutting tool life and longer machine life; linear guides on X, Y and Z axes; and equipped with GE Fanuc 21i/Siemens 810 D controller. Standard equipment: spindle taper ISO 40, for BT-40/CAT - 40 tool shank; GE Fanuc control series 21i MB with 10.4" LCD colour monitor and manual guide for milling software system or Siemens control series; Sinumerik 810D with 10.4" colour monitor and shop mill software system; pendant type MPG and jog function control; automatic tool changer, 22 tools capacity for BT-40/CAT 40 tool shank; automatic lubrication system with line filter; fully enclosed splash guard, with interlocked sliding safety door; complete coolant system (10 I/min - 2 bar - 0.24 HP/0.18 kW); removable chip box (300 litres) capacity for D 560 and D 760 (450 ltr) capacity for D 1000 and D 1250; and sealed work light.
