TAL Manufacturing Solutions offers Drill Tap Centre, Dyna Series. These are versatile and capable of milling, tapping, boring and 2D contouring in aluminium, cast iron and steel parts. Features: machining performance are maintains at high speed; super acceleration for minimum idle time 1.5G at 45 m/min; CAE optimised designs for machine elements; low height and high rigidity base design; low MMTR due to careful selection in design; high MTBF due to inherent design and quality of manufacturing. Technical specifications: Axis: X axis 500 mm, Y axis 400 mm and Z axis 350 mm +100 mm (declamp); working distance between table top to spindle axis: 150 to 480 mm; work area: 650 x 400 mm; 14H8 T-slots, 4 slots, pitch 100 mm; and maximum load on table top - 250 kg.
