Supreme CNC Machines offers a CNC vertical machining centre, Model VMC-650, manufactured by CNC-Takang Co Ltd, Taiwan. This company has long standing experience in producing extra heavy-duty VMCs. It has one of the most modern manufacturing facilities in Taiwan, exporting 60% of their products to Europe, particularly to Germany. The company very strictly follows "JIS Class 1" manufacturing standards and every machine produced bears the "CE Mark". The specifications of VMC-650 are as follows: x/y/z travel ? 650/560/560 mm; 20-arm type tool changer; job weight ? 600 kg; constructed in high quality robust Meehanite castings, 3 axis are equipped with 40 mm dia C3 class high precision ball screw mounted with double ball screw support bearings (P4 Class), 3 axis slide ways are hardened and precision ground coated with Turcite-B directly connected with ballscrew and AC servo motors, built-in head oil tank to reduce heat displacement from spindle rotation; spindle motor rotation and heads up and down movements, always maintain the best thermal controlled accuracy on Z axis. The company manufactures VMCs starting range from 600 to 3200 mm X travel in economical and standard models. It also manufactures high speed VMCs with 20000 RPM; and machines with high speed rapid feed rate 36/36/24 m/min with 24 tools ATC.
