Z-Axis CNC Edm System

Dynamation introduces an economically priced, state-of-the-art PC based Z-axis CNC EDM. As the system is PC based, full fledged DOS file management capabilities are available. More than 100,000 different programs can be stored to take care of all machining conditions. It provides for 100 programmable steps. It has automatic duty cycle adjustment to prevent carbon accumulation and electrode wear, automatic anti-arc control, ability to monitor machining environment in real time and auto tune machining parameters. It also enables metric to inch interchangeable conversion. The colour CRT screen shows parameters and machining conditions during operation. If required, the same may be changed during machining. An interactive user-friendly programming environment is provided for easy programming even by novices. While programming, the system will prompt the user on different machining conditions and suggest suitable inputs. The user may use this information or override the same. All Dynamation generators provide for titanium and tungsten carbide machining as a standard feature.
