Soft & Hard Jaws

The Jaws Mfg Co manufactures a range of Soft Jaws in flat as well as pointed types; and Hard Jaws in 1 or 2 steps. This includes: serrations of standard size 1.5 mm x 60? offered to universally suit other chuck from Kitagawa, Pratt Burnerd, Howa, Schunk chucks, etc; 1/16” x 90 serrations are also provided; have facilities to manufacture other serrations like 1.5 mm x 60?, 1.5 mm x 90?, 2 mm x 60?, 2.5 mm x 60?, 3 mm x 60?, 3/32” x 90?, etc; Tongue and Groove type soft/hard jaws also known as Tenon type jaws; and teeth type jaws – for scroll operated chucks. The above standard soft jaws are also available in Pie type design. Special jaws to suit odd work-pieces are designed and manufactured using modern CAD-CAM software. Soft and Hard Jaws also manufactured as per customers’ concepts/drawings.
