Macht Technologies Pvt Ltd offers a range of Modular Units for Machine Tools, like Self Feed Spindle Units, (with Pneumatic Hydraulic or Servo Actuation); Slide mounted Spindle Units including high speed Belt Driven Spindles up to 22000 RPM, Linear Slides Units with Pneumatic Hydraulic or Servo Actuation. These are the building blocks for any machine tool building activity. Macht modular units have been engineered and developed keeping the needs of Indian manufacturing industry in mind. Self feed machining units for drilling, milling reaming and tapping were developed in 2002 and more than 100 such units are already in the market. Slide mounted spindle units for fine boring, milling, turning, grinding, etc., in various bearing arrangements can be offered as standard or suiting customers specifications. The linear slide units are available with hardened and ground guide ways or with LM guide ways. Other products include miscellaneous assemblies for machine tool building including coolant joint, etc. Founded in the year 1994 by a father and son team of technocrats, this engineering company provides solutions to the automobile, and precision engineering industry, in design and manufacture of: machine tools; sub-assemblies like spindles and slides; automation systems – robotic automation together with Reis Robotics of Germany; jigs and fixtures; gauges; tooling for CNC as well as conventional machines; and precision machined parts in small to medium batch quantities.
