B R Enterprises offers Machine Vice, Type BR HDMV 160. It is available with or without swivel base. The vice is made out of high tensile casting, machined & scrapped, and surface ground to ensure maximum accuracy. Jaw plates are made out of tool steel, hardened and ground. Acme threaded screw rod and nut are made with alloy steel and heat treated to ensure wear resistance. Specifications: width of jaws -160 mm, depth of jaws -55 mm, jaw opening range - 0-150 mm, overall height without swivel base -125 mm, overall height with swivel base -162 mm, overall width with swivel base - 335 mm, overall length without swivel base -537 mm, overall length with swivel base - 600 mm, tenon slot size- 14/16 mm, width of slot for clamping -16 mm, total weight with swivel base (approx) -54Kgs, and total weight without swivel base (approx) -42Kgs.
