Polygon turning machine is most suitable for the following machining operations: machining hexagons; machining octagons; machining square/rectangle; machining flats; machining tapered polygons; machining contoured polygons; machining stepped flats/polygons; slots on the face; machining ratchet teeth; machining splines; and any other flat surfaces similar to the above. Polygon turning offers excellent quality and productivity. The tools used on the polygon turning machine are simple turning inserts and as such the tooling cost is very low. The company offers the polygon turning machine in three different models to suit specific application and usage. Live demonstration can be arranged on request.
