Auto Lathes For Bearing Rings

Ace Designers Ltd offers auto lathes for bearing rings. These machines are built on the modular concept with automatic loading/unloading. A magazine with an escapement mechanism for loading the parts and hydraulic loading arm is provided. It loads the part while the spindle remains running. Internal external collets for work holding, tool blocks with micro tool setting feature and chip management by air jets ensure productive trouble-free running with minimal operator intervention. These machines can be inter-linked with work indexing mechanisms to form a line of machines producing a completely turned ring from a blank. Specifications are: turning diameter: up to 90 mm, and spindle power up to 7.5 kW.
