Centre Drills, Solid Carbide

Universal Tool offers centre drills, single ended and double ended, in pilot diameter range from 0.2 mm up to 10 mm and shank diameter from 3 mm to 20 mm. These centre drills are offered with 60? as standard as type A but also offered in B, C and all types and also special drills for 40?, 50?, 70?. Special drills with centre are also offered in extended shank length, overall length up to 300 mm as offered for long reaching centering operations. These drills can centre drill on hardened material or in case centre drill has been missed before treatment, these work very effective on tools. They are specially suitable for CNC machines where slotting drilling operation is necessary or predrilling operation is necessary. The company also offers special centre drills as per customer requirements. Also solid carbide center drills are offered with long shank tool holders.
