Universal Tool introduces new reamers which operate like milling tools and penetrate like broaching, offering very high finish at very high feed and speed. These are ground on CNC 6- axes machines. These are manufactured in the range from 4 mm up to 25 mm in solid carbide, and 10 to 40 mm in lugged design. These are produced at extraordinary feed rate and offer very precise hole making at very low cost. Available in coolant fed design, bigger miller reamers are also offered in HSS cobalt, ASP 30, and ASP 60 material. The company also offers a complete range of carbide tipped and HSS tools.
