Compressed air is widely used in blowing off operation in industry to blow nozzles and linear blow-air curtains. When compressed air is blown out of conventional blow nozzles it not only consumes high volume of air but also it creates safety hazards to operator. International safety norms do not permit compressed air blowing if dead end pressure exceeds 30 PSIG. The product groups are known as Real Blow, eX Blow and Air Curtains. Real Blow group consist of adjustable and non adjustable high volume nozzles, long pipes and very high thrust air amplifying jets. These types of nozzles and jets are quiet and also meet OSHA dead end safety norms. eX Blow range of products consists of ergonomically very high volume, high thrust blow guns made out of tough engineering plastics. Air Curtains are very useful where linear air blow is required. All General Imsubs blow off products works on coanda principle and it has air amplification ratio as high as 12 times.
