Adhesive Dispenser

Model 800 adhesive dispenser uses adjustable air pressure to apply neat, even beads of adhesive to channelled and extruded trims and gaskets. Controlled application ensures a reliable bond and eliminates the mess and repetitive hand motion associated with squeeze bottles and other manual applicators. Tips in lengths up to 1-1/2" easily reach inside deep channels. After setting the air pressure, the operator presses the foot pedal to make a neat, continuous bead. Deposit size is determined by a combination of air pressure, tip orifice, and length of time the foot pedal is pressed. The dispenser's zero to 100 PSI air regulator accommodates materials ranging from watery cyanacrylates to thick RTVs. An adjustable vacuum control and a fast cutoff when the pedal is released eliminate dripping, stringing, and mess.
