Pinnacle Engineering Enterprise offers bigger size, Hydraulic Series Surface Grinding Machine in various models. Model GSH-8040 comes with table size 800 x 400 mm; GSH-10050 in size 1000 x 500 mm; GSH 15050 in size 1500 x 500 mm; GSH 15060 in size 1500 x 600 mm; GSH 20050 in size 2000 x 500 mm; and GSH 20060 in size 2000 x 600 mm. These are in available in hydraulic as well as NC/CNC versions, have rigid construction and sufficient motor power for higher metal removal rate. The longitudinal table drive of the machine is hydraulic with separate hydraulic power pack and solenoid operated valves. The grinding machine is provided with reversal cushioning device to facilitate soft reversal of the table. Table speed is infinitely variable maximum up to 30 m/min. Spindle centre above table is 525 mm and rapid vertical movement is 140 mm/min with least count of 0.001 mm. The cross slide along with grinding column travel is on Turcite-B lined one Vee and one flat guide way. Auto cross feed is infinitely variable from 2 mm to 35 mm per stroke and rapid job positioning speed is 1200 mm/min. Grinding spindle housing is assembled with super precision bearings grease packed with imported grease for long trouble free service. Controls are provided to control the flow of lubrication oil in to guide ways. Machines in three axes automatic with auto down feed, five axes automatic in addition to auto down feed, auto dressing with compensation for dressing amount and CNC versions are offered against requirement.
