The small diameter solid carbide Turbo-Thread thread mill cutters from RTW extend the performance and efficiencies of indexable TurboThread designs to small diameter applications. This design allows a single tool to be used to produce both left and right-hand threads in both external and internal operafion. Designed to be used by CNC machine centres, the solid-carbide Turbo-Thread Mill series of tools can increase production by as much as 500 per cent compared to previous methods of threading. The solid carbide version of the Turbo-Thread cutter allows the production of an entire on a single machine and it can produce superior results with any material.
