LS Mill Extended Range Cutter with TPKT 18

LS mill is ideal for general shoulder milling of steel and cast iron on conventional, low power machines and CNC machines for a maximum depth of cut of 13 mm. TaeguTec has introduced the LS mill extended range ? a new cutter with TPKT 18 inserts, for shoulder milling. Main features: simple, yet rigid screw clamping of inserts, due to special angled-screw technology; high positive axial rake to reduce cutting forces; different geometries of inserts to cover different applications; good accuracy in squareness of shoulder even at higher depth of cuts; and negligible step marks on shoulder while taking multiple cuts. This is available in different geometries M ? for superior surface finish; MR ? for rough machining; and MS ? for general machining.
