Compressed Air Knife

KJN Enterprises offers a Silent Air Knife, a compressed air knife that finds wide range of applications in many industries particularly to replace drilled pipe, or rows of nozzles used for blow-off, cleaning, drying or cooling. Silent air knife produces a “laminar” flow of air along its length using the “Coanda” effect which “entrains” a large volume of air from the surrounding area along with the small amount of compressed air from the Silent Air Knife to produce an output flow up to 30 times. This helps reduce both compressed air consumption and noise levels compared to drilled pipes or rows of nozzles. Payback on compressed air savings can be as soon as a few weeks in some applications.
