Brazed Carbide Cutter

Poona Udyog has developed brazed carbide cutters at economical rates. The blanks of cutters are turned on lathes. Counter bore is used tightening the cutter on stub arbor. The bore of the blanks is made to suit the diameter of stub, arbor. Grinding of brazed cutter is done manually. The cutter is cost effective and can be used on plano millers, milling machines and radial drills. For groove machining, side machining and facing. It can also be used for making T slots of sizes M16, M24, M30 and M40, where progressive T slot machining is carried out with a set of cutters.
