Gasket cutting machine

Petromar has introduced E Zee Cut gasket cutting machine, a machine designed to fabricate circular gaskets from CAF jointings, rubber and neoprene up to 3.2 mm thickness & 2" to 42" diameter. The machine cuts 2" 22" circular gaskets through a calibrated bar provided as standard fitment and 22"- 42" gaskets with the help of an optional calibrated centre bar. This is lightweight, manually operated, portable, of rugged construction and practically maintenance free. The machine is vertically mounted on a table and can be operated even by semi-skilled workers. Accuracy is maintained within 1 2 mm of diameter. A set of hole saw cutters is provided as standard accessory to drill stud holes from 12-45 mm, once the outer and inner diameter have been cut by the gasket cutter. Hole saw cutters are mounted on an electric hand drill or bench drill for drilling stud holes. Additional accessories can also be provided.
