Chmer Digital 5-Axis Cnc Wire-Cut Edm

CHMER Wire Cut EDM Models CW 530F are fully programmable 5-Axis CNC Wire Cut EDMS. Rigidly designed and thermally balanced, they are furnished with LM guideways and ballscrews. The U-V axes are located on the upper column for taper cuts of ?12 degrees. All axes are provided with AC servo motors and drives and the system is designed for high speed machining up to 250 mm2/min. CNC controller is based upon 32-bit, 2 CPU, closed loop intelligent servo software. The machine is provided with a 25-Amp generator with high power MOS transistors. There is a built-in database to optimise machining conditions. A wide variety of CNC features are offered. Table size of CW 430F is 630 x 450 x 200 mm; X, Y, and Z movements are 400 x 300 x 260 mm and U and V movements are 100 x 100 mm.
