The unit offers a large recovery capacity, down to 5 or 10 ppm depending on the type of applications (batch, continuous) and the solutions treated (concentrated or diluted). It ensures a high efficiency on all metals, especially precious metals (gold, silver and palladium) but also base metals in waste waters (copper, nickel, etc). Different operating methods are available such as destruction of cyanide, recovery of the palladium in ionic or colloidal solutions, recovery of gold in gold stripper bath. The Electrum? recovery cartridge is a special patented equipment in which the metal extracted from the solution is deposited, avoiding any loss. When recovery is finished, the weight of the recovered metal can be checked by simple operation. The cartridge is sent to a refinery company for treatment. At last, a benefit from a quick return on investment: after being melted and refined without any difficulty, the metal is quickly back in process.
