Roop Automotive, an ISO 9002 company, manufactures a range of automotive components. These include: yokes (hot forging) and yokes (cold forging and sheet metal) for universal joints (steering column), different housings, connecting rods, proportionating valves, rotor oil filters, bracket assembly, gear shift drums and pistons, high precision bushes, etc. These are used by most reputed auto manufacturers in India like Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Honda and Tata. The company has standards room in-house calibration of all gauges and process capability. The tool room has most modern concepts in tool re-grinding and manufacturing of jigs and fixtures, besides special purpose machines to cater to individual customer requirement.
