Mega Fibre Pvt Ltd, established in 1990, offers a range of auto components in FRP. The company has opted for two innovative processes, first one being composite moulding and the second, thermo-vacuum forming of engineering plastics. Manufacturing technologies, processes and services: for composite materials – resin transfer moulding with Cornat Technology from Owens Corning, and spray-up and hand lay-up process; for engineering plastic material – large size (2 x 1.2 mtr) vacuum/thermo forming of thick gauge sheet; cold bending of poly carbonate sheet. The auto components in FRP/engineering plastics mainly focus on exterior and interior aesthetic applications bodies with specialty applications like anti-corrosive, insulated, light weight signages and spoilers, etc. The company offers complete solutions to the customer to achieve customer "delight" by developing and manufacturing products including after sales services in an innovative and efficient way.
