JVC Separation Engineers offers Gyroscreens is the most efficient vibrating screen for wet and dry screening. The gyroscreens are equipped to handle up to five different screens one on the top other with feed trays in between to give six precise sized fraction in single screening operation.
- Ceramic Industry: Handle ceramic glaze, ceramic slip and to sieve ceramic powder in high volumes. The models available are S-600, S-750, S-900, S-1200, S-1500 and S-1800.
- Spices and Masala: Apart from the three plane motion i.e., vertical, horizontal and gyratory motion generated by the special vibrating motor, anti-blinding arrangements like tapping rings, ball tray, mechanical brushing, motorized brushing have been developed and incorporated to suit different types of sieving requirement.
- Food Industry: Sieving various food products like flours, pulses, rice, sugar, salt, til etc. The high throughput, minimum maintenance ensures early return on investment and continued profits.
- Sugar Industry: It cost of input chemicals and can be incorporated at various stages right from cane crushing to the sugar production stage. It offered for sugar industry are S-900, S-1200, S-1500, S-1800 and S-2100.
- Metal Powder: It’s running successfully which ensure perfect grading of powders. Sieving of metal powder on very fine meshes up to 400 mesh is also possible by incorporating ultrasonic ant blinding device which is directly attached to the wire mesh.
- Biscuit Industry: Gyroscreens are being used for sieving maida, ground sugar, ground biscuits and other additives used in biscuit industry.
