Column drilling machine

Launched in India in the year 2001, the vertical square column drilling machine from Sterlitamak, Russia is marketed in India by New Delhi-based Emtex Marketing. The high capacity drilling machine is specially designed to perform jobs such as counter drilling, counter boring, boring, reaming, and machine tapping on heavy as well as light and small components. The machine is of box (square) column construction type. It is delivered with eight spindles ranging from 31.5 to 1400 rpm. The headstock has hardened and ground gears with six feed rates (0.1 to 1.6 mm per rev.). The worktable rotates around the column, which allows machining of large sized parts. The auxiliary-floating table is intended for copy machining. Applications: The machine is built specially for drilling in hard metals. It can also be supplied with an X and Y coordinate table to enable it to be used for milling operations.
