Steel Plant Specialities manufactures die lubricant spraying systems that have proven to enable effective, uniform spraying of all types of hot forging die lubricants like synthetic, water soluble, polymer and graphite based die lubricants. Continuous stirring is enabled without use of motor. Motor related recurring maintenance costs and unplanned downtime of spraying system are avoided. Continuous stirring mechanism ensures a proper mix of lubricant inside the tank. Settling of graphite particles in lubricant is avoided due to continuous stirring mechanism. Special design ensures quick re-filling of die lubricant in a minute, without the need to unscrew the lid of the equipment. Lubricant refilling can be carried out very easily, without using a single instrument. Compared to diaphragm-pump type spraying equipments, this system offers better functionality at lower cost. Design flaws of conventional pressure-feed type spraying system are eliminated in this new design. Capacities of 9, 22, 45, 100 and 200 litres are available. Range of accessories like dual action spray guns, semi-automatic spraying nozzles, foot operated pedal spray, four-wheel trolley and air filtration unit are available. No user-serviced parts are present in the spraying system.
