Lubricants, Superlube Range

Modcarb India has developed a wide range of Superlube Lubricants which resist conditions that cause failure of conventional lubricants namely extreme temperatures, very high pressures, highly corrosive conditions and high dust conditions, and are formulated effective and long lasting lubrication in the most demanding and difficult industrial environments. Superlube’s heat resistance, ability to withstand extreme pressures, excellent resistance to acids, alkalis and corrosive conditions, high affinity for metals, non toxicity and environmental safety are some of the other attributes on the basis of which formulations have been developed for a wide range of solid lubricants, dry film lubricants, protective coatings, oven chain lubricants, colloidals and dispersions, specility greases and consumer products. For high temperature applications the company has a range of products in various mediums, viz., grease based, liquid based and dry film lubricants. Supergrease No: 3 is a non-soap high temperature grease fortified with Superlube and has excellent ability to withstand high temperatures, heavy load and severe shock load conditions. Superlube hot oven chain lubricant is a suspension of Superlube in a synthetic medium capable of withstanding high temperatures. It can be applied at oven operating temperatures with no danger of flaring up, exploding or igniting thereby reducing downtime, extending chain life and increasing productivity. Superlube dry film lubricants – a composition of Superlube in a bonded matrix which when applied to a surface dries to form a tough, long lasting, lubricating dry film that ends sliding friction, protects the surface from rust and corrosion, resists moisture, high and low temperatures, extreme pressures and will not attract dust and dirt.
