Reverse Pulse Jet Automatic Bag Filters

Hi-Speed Turbodrives Pvt Ltd, a company engaged in manufacturing a wide range of air pollution control equipment, offers Reverse Pulse Jet Automatic Bag Filters. There are two different types of bag filters in this product range, fully automatic, reverse pulse jet type and mechanical shaker type. In reverse pulse jet type, air flow is from out side the tube to in side, through specially selected non woven filter material, so dust get collected on outer surface of filter tube/bag, allowing air to pass through inner circular passage. A burst of high pressure compressed air is selectively released for a fraction of a second, through specially designed pulse generating valve, creating high pressure pulsating air waves, which shakes/rattles the bags, resulting in removal of dust layers from the bag surface. An electronic pulse regulator is provided, which cleans bags at pre-determined intervals.
