Filter press for solid/liquid separation

Fit-Well Engineering Company manufactures filter presses. These are filters for solid liquid separation. The slurry of solid and liquid is fed from one end to pass through a filter medium allowing the liquid to drain out and the solid to be retained. Main duties of the filter presses are as follows: separating solids from liquids and recovering either in chemical, dyes, fertilizer and sugar industries; clarifying liquids, eg, in brewery, oil refining and pharmaceutical industries; washing substances and removing the objectionable soluble contents, eg, in electro plating, inorganic chemical, bio chemical and pharmaceutical industries. There are two types of filter presses: plate and frame type (washing type and non washing type) with open delivery and closed delivery discharge.
