Coolant Magnetic Separator

Saideep"s coolant magnetic separators are used for separating very fine (less than 50 micron) ferrous particles from coolant liquid which cannot be removed by conventional filters. These magnetic separators find application in precision grinding and honing operations. Their use on grinding machine improves surface finish, leading to higher repeat accuracy with close tolerances. The permanent magnetic drum has been specially designed to get continuous polarity across the circumference for better performance and greater filtration in capacity. The magnetic drum rotates at a very low speed and is driven by a geared motor. The magnetic separator can be manufactured in capacities ranging from 50 litres to 500 litres per minute.
