Valves, Spool Type

Luthra offers a complete range of spool type and poppet type valves for pneumatic service. Spool type valves are available in 2/2, 3/2, 5/2, 5/3 way (port/position) in 1/4", 3/8"and 1/2"BSP. Specific models in 3/4"BSP in pilot/single solenoid/double solenoid/foot/hand lever/roller lever/push button models are also available. Poppet type valves are available in 2/3/4 port, and in single/double solenoid models. Operating voltage ranges from 12 to 440 V, AC or DC, for solenoid coils. The coils are tested for being water proof/weather resistant, and have been known to work in extremely adverse weather conditions. Poppet type valves are known to have higher cycle frequencies and hence have lesser reaction times leading to improved operational frequency. The piston in the poppet valve is known for its trouble free non jamming property even when there is no lubrication in the valve, hence an automatic choice in the cement industry where the coil has been standardised and widely accepted. The valves are designed to work for millions of trouble free operations. The company also offers miscellaneous valves, filters/regulators, lubricators and air/hydraulic cylinders.
