New India Electricals offers electronic dosing pumps. These are solenoid driven and electronically controlled. The output from these pumps can be controlled manually by adjusting the stroke length as well as the frequency. The diaphragm is made of EPDM with moulded in steel core and the wetted side is coated with Teflon. The housing is made of Noryl plastic. The liquid ends can be offered in PVC, polypropylene, Teflon, stainless steel depending on the chemical to be pumped. These electronic dosing pumps are available up to a capacity of 60 LPH. For higher ratings the company offers motorized metering pumps. These pumps are used for various applications where low flow rate of a liquid has to be injected into a system or another liquid at a fixed or variable rate. The pumps find its application in virtually all wet process industries including chemical industries, beverages, diary, pharmaceutical, pulp and paper, petrochemical and textile industries.
