Dencil Pumps offers mechanically operated diaphragm pump with the design features of metering precision ±2%. Electrically driven worm reduction gears control the SPM of the plunger through crank mechanism. One can vary the capacity from 0% to 100% by stroke length adjustment mechanism. These pumps have the salient features of electrically, driven mechanically actuated metering pump: flow control while in running or in rest, suitable for solvents, highly corrosive chemicals and viscous liquids, multiplex head up to 8 head, etc. Mechanically operated diaphragm pumps are easy for maintenance and service because of the absence of gland packing. The pumps can be available from the motor capacity of 1/8 HP to 15 HP wetted parts SS 304, SS 316, alloy 20, hastalloy B or C, titanium, nickel, niobium, monel, inconel, PTFE, PP and cast nylon, etc
