Sequential Marking (Hot Embossing) Machine

Aeromec rotary automatic hot (embossing) sequential marking machine is exclusively designed to mark all types of flat/round/armoured/unarmoured cables and wires. It is capable of handling cables with outside dia from 4 mm to 300 mm, and flat cables from 5 mm to 100 mm. As the machine does not have any induction motor to drive, it requires power only for heating (approximately 1000 W). The sequence marking is done with 2/3/4 digit mechanical sequential counter fitted on the marking head. The accuracy of marking is 2 mm every metre. Alongwith sequential marking, other markings such as cable sizes, company names, company monograms, ISI specifications, etc, can be marked up to the length of 400 mm on either side of sequence markings. These markings can be done with the help of sterios (stamp) placed on the marking head. The marking head can be heated up to the desired temperature with the help of an electronic percentage differential circuit provided inside the heat controller. Character height of the marking is possible up to 6 mm height and that of the heat counter up to 3 mm. Double pay up system helps for quick change over of the ribbon (tape). An electric counter fitted on the machine helps monitor the length of cable passing through the machine.
