Screen Printing Machine

Texprint Engineers offers Hydratex-III, which is a fully automatic hydraulically operated flat bed screen printing machine, specially designed for accurate printing for larger repeats of up to 3 m, and wider width of fabric. The blanket movement is through hydraulic system and electromaganetic clamps. Lifting and lowering of printing units, blanket washer, heat-cum-pressure roll for fixing of cloth and blanket guider are controlled by the hydraulic systems. There is a repeat accuracy of _?"0.2 mm on the printing table. It can accommodate 14 printing cycles per minute of one metre repeat and fabric printing width is 1,425 mm. The printing units have facilities to change the angular position of squeegee from 15_?"to 65_?"enabling use of single squeegee for various angular positions. There is also a centralised programmer for cross border printing. A conveyor dryer after printing makes the machine more versatile for printing of assorted varieties of fabrics. The vertical feeding unit is capable of handling practically all types of fabrics. Unlike the traditional flat-bed screen printing machine, Hydratex-III features continuous motion of the blanket under the table, which has several major advantages. This includes tensionless, continuous feeding and sticking of the cloth on the blanket, thus avoiding glueing marks and making it easier to print delicate fabrics. The microprocessor-controlled printing units ensure jerkless motion of the squeegees resulting in extended life of the unit as well as the screen. A blanket washing equipment integrated into the system consists of nylon-bristles brush rollers with water-jet and SS doctor blade. A hot air conveyor dryer is offered to enable drying of assorted varieties of fabrics. For superfluous drying and for minimising staining problem, an intermediate dryer is available.
