Marking Machine

Pamvi Trading Co offers an industrial Marking Machine, Model CN-101 from Technifor, France, the world leader these machines. This is the cheapest industrial marking column frame machine, about 30% cheaper than most models. The machine is capable of achieving marking speeds of five character per second. It can accommodate industrial components having a height of 300 mm. Size of fonts from 0.5 to 80 mm, marking window of 100 mm x 100 mm and 3 types of fonts, viz, dot matrix, 5x7 and standard are available to choose from. The marking head houses the electronics, mechanics and the pneumatics, making it fail safe and compact. This is the only industrial marking machine without any external controller. The controller has been miniaturized into a single chip placed on the marking head without compromising on the features. The wonder machine has been designed to have a zero mechanical failure rate with only one wearing component. The software permits text marking simulation and interfacing with a third axis (rotary indexing device). Personalised shift, time and date codes can be incorporated. There is a choice of three stylii. The company offers the option to incorporate Windows based T-101 software for interfacing with a PC or a bar code scanner for importing data. The CN-101 is targeted at customers willing to graduate from a numbering head to a CNC marking machine that offers a host of interfacing, data traceability/integration features. The machine is designed to mark name plates/tags, industrial components having different hardness, profiles and surface conditions. The software can mark repetitive text, logos, and serial and batch numbers radial, angular, linear, inverse text, etc.
