CNC Double Ended Pipe Boring Machine

Brisk Tech Engineers has developed a CNC Double Ended Pipe Boring Machine. This is used for conveyer roller pipe boring. Facing and chamfering can be done at both ends in one setting within fraction of seconds. The machine base is fabricated and slides are made of graded castings. The slide moves with ball screw and nut with the help of a servomotor (6 Nm) at both ends. One end is provided with an adjustable type for length setting and both ends have got spindle heads and self-clamping vices for holding the pipe. This machine is totally operated by a servo CNC control system. The spindle head construction is with high precision bearings; the spindle is case hardened and ground. The spindle rpm is steplessly controlled by a variable frequency drive (VFD). Self-centring vices can be operated by a hydraulic system with hydro motors. This machine is provided with a centralised lubrication system. Coolant is also provided for cutter heads.
