Strip Heaters, Ceramic Insulated

Ceramic insulated strip heaters have proved to be extremely efficient and dependable for surface heating, air heating and radiant heating applications. Strip heaters are capable of operating at sheath temperatures up to 1,200?F (650?C). The basic design consists of helically wound resistance coil evenly strung through specially designed ceramic insulators. Resistance coil is mechanically connected to screw terminal or lead wires for positive connection. Ceramic strip heaters are available in different sizes and in a variety of termination styles to fit most requirements. Design features: rugged durable construction, trouble-free installation, galvanized plated sheath, various terminations, and made to customers' specifications. Typical applications include: ovens, platens, hot plates, welding pre-heating, sealing bars, thermoforming, melting, moulds, air heating, drying, incubators, food warmers, baking, tank heating, etc.
