Expansion and melting of solid materials in addition to boiling of fluids are the processes, which are initiated under the shadow of controlled heating. The company, a well known manufacturer, exporter, trader and supplier of all types of solid fuel/oil or gas fired heaters, generators and boilers, designs and develops world class advanced thermic fluid heaters, hot water generators, steam boilers, hot air generators, FBC base heaters, and allied products with assured quality. The VTH Series thermic fluid heater comes with the following features: high efficiency through reduced excess air – radiant heat exchanger above furnace, cools furnace, hence, less excess air is needed, which increases efficiency; air preheating – combustion air from FD fan is passed through air pre-heater (APH) to absorb the waste heat in the flue gases, which results in further increase in efficiency; and balanced draught system – balanced draught system means minimum infiltration of unwanted air through fire doors, hence, all the combustion air passes through the APH, thus maximum heat recovery from APH takes place and rated efficiency is assured. The company’s other products are: thermic fluid heaters up to 40 lakh/kcal, steam boiler, hot water generators up to 30 lakh/kcal, hot air generators up to 20 lakh/kcal, thermic fluid oil/burners, and turnkey projects. It exports 50% of the manufactured products to the Gulf and African countries.
