Kanthal offers Raising Hearth Furnaces. They are widely used for firing and sintering of advanced ceramics and high temperature glass melting. The company offers two ranges of furnaces: RHTF suitable for 1400ºC application; and RSTF suitable for 1800ºC application. Exclusive features: smooth hearth lifting arrangement; high temperature accuracy (±1ºC); low skin temperature due to accelerated air; thyristorised precise furnace temperature control; effective hearth sealing to minimize heat loss; viewing port to analyse material inside furnace; circulation between insulation and outer case by means of exhaust fan; and user friendly operating system. Optional feature: stirrer provision from top.
