AB Techno Pvt Ltd offers Industrial Refrigeration Air Dryers. AB refrigeration dryers, manufactured with highest degree of quality control and workmanship, are used by almost all the industries. The atmospheric air contains lot of moisture vapour at high temperatures. The concentration of this moisture/water increases with compression of air in the compressor. This moisture carried with compressed air to different applications like instrumentation, pneumatic tools, operation of pneumatic cylinders and valves, painting, packaging, printing, CNC machine operation, sorters and many more damages the parts/components resulting in increased down time, extensive damage to the air net work as also finished good. The hot wet air enters AB dryer, where it immediately passes through the air-to-air exchanger, which cools the incoming air by means of the exiting air. The now pre-cooled air then enters the evaporator where it is further cooled down by the cold refrigerant to achieve the target dew point temperature. The condensate in the air, which by this time becomes a liquid, is efficiently separated by the demister and removed by the, condensate drain. The cold dry air passes back through the return side of the air-to-air exchanger where it is heated up by the incoming air. This process not only saves energy by pre-cooling the inlet air, but also prevents pipe sweating downstream.
