Induction Heating System

Supertech Services Pvt Ltd offers an Induction Heating System from Miller Electric Mfg Co, USA. The easy to use, easy to learn – Miller’s ProHeat™ 35 can reduce preheat time by 400%, and eliminate consumables. With this induction heating system, one or two joints can be rapidly and uniformly heated for preheat, stress relief or in other applications with minimal set-up and instruction time. An induction heating system induces heat electro magnetically rather than by using a heating element to conduct heat, as does resistance or flame heating. ProHeat 35 can be used as an air-cooled system for temperatures up to 400º F/204ºC or as a liquid-cooled system for temperatures up to 1450º F/780ºC. ProHeat 35 features multiple outputs, four control thermocouples to ensure uniform heating. ProHeat 35 provides 35 kW of induction heating power with a frequency range from 5 to 30 kHz. Depth of heating depends on the frequency.
The ProHeat 35 is designed to replace open-flame or resistance heating in weld preheating and stress relieving in:
