Conveyorised Drying System

High efficiency conveyorised hot air dryers developed by Mumbai-based Gayatri Industrial Engineers are suitable for continuous drying of wet items. These dryers find applications in drying painted/coated items, and for water removal from fabrics and webs. Drying system consists of custom-built saddle type conveyor with suitable guides, which carry the item through hot air drying chambers. Depending on drying requirement, required number of modular drying chambers can be provided. Each drying chamber consists of hot air circulation arrangement, exhaust arrangement, specially designed high efficiency nozzles for impinging hot air on items carried by saddles, and heating system; as per client"s requirement electrical, steam, gas or infrared heating system can be provided. Glass wool insulation panels to prevent heat loss suitably insulate the drying chamber. Auto loading of items on the conveyor and automatic unloading system can also be provided.
